To the Citizens of Ipswich:


We submit herewith the report of the Trust Fund Com- missioners of the Town of Ipswich for the year ended Decem- ber 31, 1950.


The Trust Fund Commissioners were created by a vote of the Annual Town Meeting held April 8, 1929, and their responsibilities were further defined in the by-law adopted at the Annual Town Meeting held March 2, 1942.


The detailed transactions affecting both the principal and interest of the Funds coming under our jurisdiction will be found in the report of the Town Treasurer in this Annual Town Report.
