SECT. 58. - The sessions of the high schools shall be determined by the high school committee. The morning sessions in grades below the high schools shall begin at 9A. M. and close at 12 M., and the afternoon session shall begin at 2 and close at 4 P. M., except from Nov. 1 to Feb. 1, when the afternoon session shall begin at 1.30 and close at 3.30 p. M.
