Article 28. Voted, To accept the report of the Selectmen upon the laying out of alterations on Centre Street.
Article 30. Voted, To accept the report of the Selectmen upon the laying out of alterations of a portion of Middle Street.

Article 8. Voted, To raise and appropriate a sum not exceeding $500 for an audit of the accounts of the town for the year 1919 by certified public accountant under the direction of the appropriation committee.
Article 9. Voted, To appropriate from any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of $1162.89 being the amount of the dog licenses for the year 1918. and further to raise and appro-

priate the sum of $102,637.11 for the support of public schools and for the transportation of pupils to and from schools.
Article 10. Voted, To raise and appropriate the sum of $1900 said money to be paid to the trustees of the James Humphrey Schoolhouse Sinking Fund, to be set apart and invested as a sinking fund for the payment at maturity of the James Humphrey School- house bonds.
Article 11. Voted, To raise and appropriate the sum of $600 for the care and maintenance of parks and playgrounds to be expended under the supervision of the Park Commissioners and that $100 of this amount be for the hiring of a playground in the vicinity of Lovell's Corner.
Article 12. Voted, That the town reappropriate the sum of $500 for acquisition of land on Neck and River Streets for bathing pur- poses by purchase or eminent domain, and that the Park Commis- sioners do all that is necessary to carry out this vote.

ADJOURNED ANNUAL TOWN MEETING.
The adjourned meeting of the inhabitants of the Town of Wey- mouth, was held at Odd Fellows' Opera House, East Weymouth on Thursday, March 6, 1919, the meeting being called to order at 7.30 P.M. by Hon. George L. Barnes, the Moderator.
Article 39. "Street Railway." Voted, That no action be taken.
Article 40. Voted, To appropriate the sum of $10,000 for the payment of State and Military Aid and for burials under the pro- visions of Chapter 587 of the Acts of 1914.
Article 41. Voted, To raise and appropriate the sum of $2,000 and further appropriate the sum of $1,400 for the relief of dis- abled soldiers and seamen and for the families of disabled soldiers and seamen under Chapter 79 of the Revised Laws.
Voted, That all future Town Meetings be held in the evening.
Article 42. Voted, To raise and appropriate the sum of $14,000 and further appropriate the sum of $2,000 for the relief and support of the Poor.
Article 43. Voted, To lay this article on the table.
Article 44. Voted, To raise and appropriate the sum of $3,500 and the rentals of the Library Building for the support and maintenance of Tufts Library and that the income from the A. J. Richards, J. E. Trask, Susannah Hunt and C. Q. Tirrell Funds be used for the purpose by the respective donors.

Article 56. Voted, That a committee be appointed, consisting of the Moderator of this meeting and four other members to be ap- pointed by him and that this committee be authorized to have pre- liminary plans prepared for a Town House suited for the needs of the Town of Weymouth, said. Town House to be in the nature of a memorial building to commemorate the services of the men of Wey- mouth who have served in the Military and Naval forces of the United States in the several wars in which this Country has been engaged, and that for the purpose of securing said plans the sum of $1,000 be appropriated from any money in the treasury not other- wise appropriated, said committee to report its doings to the town not later than at the time of its next annual meeting.

Article 57. Voted, To raise and appropriate the sum of $4,000 for the purpose of holding public exercises in commemoration of the return to Weymouth of the men serving in the armed forces of the United States in the recent war, the same to be expended under the direction of the committee appointed by the Selectmen for this pur- pose.
Article 59. Voted, To raise and appropriate the sum of $3,000 for Miscellaneous Expenses.
Article 60. Voted, To raise and appropriate the sum of $400 for Memorial Day.
Article 66. Voted, That the Town Treasurer be and hereby is authorized with the approval of the Selectmen to issue serial bonds of the town to the amount of $20,000 payable in equal annual in- stallments for ten years from the date of issue, bearing interest not to exceed 5 per cent per annum ; said bonds or money received from the sale of same to be used for the purpose of reimbursing the County of Norfolk for the cost of erecting a Tuberculosis Hospital in the Town of Braintree; and further to appropriate from any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of $928.45 for the same purpose.

NORFOLK, SS. To the Constables of the Town of Weymouth in said County. GREETING :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of Weymouth aforesaid, qualified to vote in town affairs, to meet in the Odd Fel- lows Opera House in East Weymouth, on Thursday the (10) tenth day of April, nineteen hundred and nineteen, at eight o'clock and fifteen minutes in the evening, then and there to act upon the follow- ing articles, namely :
Article 1. To choose a Moderator.
Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to authorize its Select- men to purchase the real estate belonging to H. K. Cushing, on Com- mercial St., now being leased by the town for storage, and which has been used as a stable and garage and will provide by a loan of $6,000, or otherwise, for payment for said property, or take any other action in relation thereto.
The intent being to secure the aforesaid property for the storage of the entire road machinery and equipment owned by the town.
And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting a copy thereof attested by you in' writing in each of two public places in each voting precinct in said town seven days at least before the time of holding said meeting.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk of said town at or before the time of said meeting.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING.
Pursuant to the foregoing warrant a meeting of the inhabitants of the town of Weymouth, was held in Odd Fellows' Opera House, East Weymouth, on Thursday evening, April 10th, 1919. The meet- ing was called to order at 8.15, and the warrant was read by the Town Clerk.
Article 1. Hon. George L. Barnes was elected Moderator and the oath was administered to him by the Town Clerk.
Article 2. A motion was made under this article, but a question of a quorum was raised and the Moderator appointed Minot P. Garey and Frederick Humphrey as Tellers and administered the oath to them, and they reported on count, that 82 voters were present, be- ing 9 less than a quorum required by the By-laws of the town.
Voted. To adjourn until Thursday evening, April 17th inst. at the same hall at 8.15 o'clock.

The adjourned Special Meeting of the inhabitants of the Town of Weymouth was held in the Hall of Odd Fellows' Opera House, East Weymouth on Thursday evening, April 17, 1919, the meeting being called to order at 8.15 o'clock by the Moderator, Hon. George L. Barnes.
