Article 2. Voted, unanimously, That the sum of $3,000 be appro- priated from any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and further that the sum of $3,000 be raised and appropriated. for the purpose of acquiring certain land and buildings thereon, situ- ated on Commercial Street, now belonging to H. K. Cushing, and upon which the town now has an option; said land and buildings to be used by the Street Department for storage and other purposes, and may be used for such other purposes as the Selectmen may des- ignate, and ยท

All the above candidates and officers are to be voted for upon one ballot.
The polls will be open from five to nine o'clock p.m.
And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting a copy thereof, attested by you in writing, in each of two public places in each voting precinct in said town seven days at least before the time of holding said meeting.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk of said town three days at least before the time of said meeting.

2. Acceptance of Chap. 311, General Acts of 1919, entitled "An act relative to the establishment and maintenance of continuation schools and courses of instruction of employed minors.
3. Acceptance of Chap. 116, General Acts of 1919, entitled "An act to authorize savings banks and institutions for savings, and trust companies having savings departments to place deposits on in- terest monthly. (Referendum.)
The polls will be opened at fifteen minutes before six o'clock in the forenoon and closed at one o'clock in the afternoon.
