TOWN OF WAKEFIELD
REVENUE ACCOUNTS
Note :- The surplus revenue shows a net balance of $7,697.36 Dec. 31, '16, as against $5,654.23 on Dec. 31, '15, making a gain in revenue for the year of $2,043.13. In other words, if the town should collect all moneys due them, and pay all obligations (excepting bonded indebtedness) there would remain a cash balance of $7,697.36 at the close of the year.
The accounts of the Treasurer have been examined and agree with the Accountant's books; the cash balances have been verified by bank statements. All permanent and temporary loans cancelled during the year by the Treasurer have been examined, and found as reported, except as noted under Debt Account.
Respectfully submitted,
H. A. SIMONDS,
Town Accountant.
