Auditor's Report.
The state of our finances I think I can safely report are in a better condition than last year at this time. The Treasurer the last of February, 1889, had to effect a temporary loan of $1400 to pay bills coming due, while this February he may be able to meet all bills.

Two fish notes signed by David B. Shove and I. N. Babbitt, for $30.each, payable June 1st, 1890.
One note for $52 75, signed by Joze de Serpa and indorsed, payable July l'st, 1890.
