Bills amounting to $444.61 were paid by the Town Treasurer on order of the Selectmen and stands as an overdraft against the appropriation.

The balance of $21.75 has been turned over to the Town Treasurer since the close of his books, Dec. 31, 1912.

Assets of some value are still in the hands of the com- mittee, and it has been suggested that they be turned over to the Librarian of the Public Library to be sold, and the proceeds used for the purchase of books. The statement of Receipts and Expenditures as shown by Treasurer's books appear on the following page. All of which is respectfully submitted.

CLARENCE C. ANDREWS, Secretary. JOSEPH E. MILLIKEN, Treasurer.
