The unpaid bills against the several departments by estimation amount to about $3,500. I have examined the securities of the Town Farm Investment and Perpetual . Care Fund and find them intact. All income being ac- counted for an all payments properly vouched. I find the Treasurer's and Collector's accounts correct and all cash balances are on deposit to the credit of the Town.
