GREETINGS :-
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the Inhabitants of said Town qualified to vote in Elections and Town affairs to Meet in Exchange Hall in said Town on Monday, Feb. 6th., 1933, at Nine O'clock A. M., then and there to act on the following Articles :-

To choose on one ballot the following Town Officers and Committees : Town Clerk, Town Treas- urer for one year; one Selectmen, Overseer of Public Wel- fare and Board of Health for three years; one Assessor for three years; three Herring Committee for one year; one School Committee for three years ; three Constables for one year; one Trustee of Brooks Library, for three years; one Park Commissioner for three years.
Article 3. To choose all other necessary Town Offi- cers and Committees.
Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen to borrow money in anticipation of the revenue of the current financial year, and act fully thereon.
Article 5. To hear the report of all Town Officers and Committees for the year 1932.

Article 6. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate such sums of money as may be necessary to de- fray Town expenses for the ensuing year, and act fully. thereon.
Article 7. To see if the Town will vote to Instruct its Selectmen to control, regulate and prohibit the taking of Eels, Clams, Quahaugs and Scallops, within the Town limits as provided in Chapter 91, Section 85 and acts and amendments thereto to the revised Laws of Massachusetts and to make any regulations in regard to such fisheries as may be expedient, and act fully thereon.
Article 8. To see if the Town will vote to erect and. maintain two street lights on Silver Street, West Harwich; and to raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of money for the maintenance of these lights.
Article 9. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of money to erect three (3) street lights on South Street, Harwich Center, between Parrellel and Allen Streets, and act fully thereon.
Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of money to erect one electric light to be placed on Willow Street, West Harwich, in the open space between Belmont Road and Division Street, and act fully thereon.
Article 11. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of money to maintain one elec- tric light in front of James Woodward's residence, Sisson Road, Harwich, and act fully thereon.
Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of money to maintain two electric lights, one on Flake Yard Road and one on Quason Lane, and act fully thereon.

Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Five Hundred ($500.) Dollars to construct a sidewalk in East Harwich, from or near the corner of Bay Road; thence northerly on the East side of the street as far as the money will go.
Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Eight Hundred ($800.) Dollars for a bituminous cement sidewalk, beginning in front of Walter Cahoon's residence on Depot Street, North Harwich and to extend North as far as the money will go.
Article 15. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate Eight Hundred ($800.) Dollars to cover the in- stallation of automatic fire protection in the Exchange Building, in accordance with proposal on file with the Se- lectmen of the Town, dated March 3, 1932.
. Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-five ($425.) Dollars to cover the cost and installation of automatic fire protection in the High School Building, in accordance with proposal filed with the School Board, dated February 23, 1932.
Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Five Hundred ($500.) Dollars for the purchase of five hundred feet of 21/2 inch hose to replace worn and condemned hose, for the Fire Department use, and act fully thereon.
Article 18. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty ($850.) Dol- lars for the purchase and installation of five hundred feet of six inch galvanized steel pipe and fitting, to be used for hydrants in connection with water storage cistern at Har- wich Center, and act fully thereon.

Article 19. To see if the Town will vote to appropri- ate Six Hundred ($600.) Dollars to construct and maintain, as a Town Way, the road known as Hiawatha Road, now a private way from Western Avenue, Wyndemere Bluffs to Lower County Road, in the most direct route to make a straight passage from said Lower County Road to the shore.
Article 20. To see if the Town, in cooperation with the State, will vote to appropriate Fifteen Hundred ($1500.) Dollars to erect and maintain a suitable number of short stone jetties along the shore from Allen's Harbor to Ayer- lane, so-called. This work to be done under the supervision of the State Engineer and Board of Selectmen of Harwich, to protect the bathing beach and valuable property border- ing same.
Article 21. To see if the Town will raise and appro- priate the sum of Two Hundred ($200.) Dollars for the Junior Community Band to give free concerts along with the baseball games at Brooks Park, and act fully thereon.
Article 22. To see if the Town will vote to pay the three members of the School Committee a salary of One Hundred Fifty ($150.) Dollars each, total Four Hundred Fifty ($450.) Dollars, for the School Year, same to be paid from the School appropriation, and act fully thereon.
Article 23. To see what action the Town will take with reference to purchasing a truck for Town use, and raise a sufficient sum therefor.
Article 24. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to take charge of all legal proceedings for or against the Town.
Article 25. To see if the Town will authorize the selectmen to sell, either at public or private sale, land now owned by the Town directly in front of the residence of Catherine C. Graves.

Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.) Dollars to pay the amount of any judgment and expense incident thereto, in the matter of Annie K. Handler vs. The Inhabi- tants of the Town of Harwich.
Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to use Ten Thousand ($10,000.) Dollars from the Surplus Fund to re- duce the tax levy for the year 1933.
Article 28. To see if the Town will vote to rescind, or change the wording of article 31 of the 1931 Town War- rant, by striking out the word citizens and inserting in its place "Real Estate Tax Payers", so as to read "The Town Officers and purchasing agents are instructed to purchase all materials and supplies from Real Estate Tax Payers of the Town, as far possible", and to act fully thereon.
Article 29. To see if the Town will vote to change the rate paid to laborers for town work to forty cents per hour.
Article 30. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Three Hundred ($300.) Dollars, the State giving a like amount, to repair the shore in front of Mr. LeBuff's house on Herring River, West Harwich.
Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Section 97, Chapter 41, contained in Vol- ume 1, Chapter 1, 132 A, of the General Laws of Massachu- setts, known as the Tercentenary Edition, which provides for the establishment of a police department under the di- rection of the Selectmen.
Article 32. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of money to provide for and support a police department.

Article 33. To see if the Town will vote to construct, or establish, one or more approaches in Long Pond, or in some other pond in Pleasant Lake, said approaches being constructed and designed to enable the use of hose for pumping water for use of the fire department; to raise and appropriate a sum of money to pay the expense of such con- struction, and act fully thereon.
Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Five Hundred ($500.) Dollars for the use of Harwich Post, No. 292, American Legion, in the proper observance of Memorial Day and Armistice Day.
Article 35. Resolved that the Town of Harwich ac- cept, construct, and lay out as a Public Highway, the road located on the South Shore of Long Pond, in that part of the said Town of Harwich, called Pleasant Lake, and running from the Harwich-Brewster Macadam Road opposite the residence of Joseph B. Atkins, Easterly along the southerly shore of said Long Pond thirty feet wide, on First Avenue to Lee's Point, so-called, as shown on a Plan of Lots record- ed in the Barnstable Registry of Deeds.
