To the Citizens of the Town of Harwich :
Herewith, we are pleased to submit for your ap- proval, our annual report of the Water Department of Harwich, Massachusetts, for the year ending December 31st, 1939.
GENERAL
The administration of the Department during 1939, the third year of operation, has been carried on by the following officials: Board of Water Commissioners - George D. Maxwell, Chairman; Harold A. Thompson, Sec- retary and Walter E. Cahoon. Lewis A. W. Swett, Super- intendent and Norwood W. Bee, Clerk & Collector.
