Article 75. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of nineteen hundred dollars ($1,900) for the purpose of purchasing a new pick-up truck for the High- way Department and to authorize the Surveyor of Highways to trade the old pick-up truck now owned by the Town and the sum from same to be used toward the purchase of a new pick-up truck and to act fully thereon.

Article 80. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of four thousand dollars ($4,000) for the purpose of widening and resurfacing South Street with hot mix, leading from Forest Street and to continue as far as Route 28 and to act fully thereon.
Article 81. To see if the Town will vote to accept the layouts of the following roads: Orton Road in South Har- wich, leading from South Chatham Road north to a turn around. Brettwood Road in South Harwich, leading from South Chatham Road northerly to Uncle Venies Road. Grassy Pond Road in Harwich Port leading from Miles Street north- erly, westerly, southerly and easterly to Grassy Pond Road; Ostable Road in West Harwich leading from Riverside Drive westerly to Bayport Road; Bayport Road in West Harwich, leading from Joe Lincoln Road southerly to Kelley Street. All as reported and recommended by the Selectmen under date of February 6, 1959 and to authorize and instruct the Select- men to take by purchase or eminent domain the lands or interests in the lands within said layouts and to raise and appropriate the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) for this purpose and to act fully thereon.

Article 82. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of two thousand four hundred forty dol- lars ($2,440) for the purpose of oiling and improving the fol- lowing roads: Orton Road, South Harwich; Brettwood Road, South Harwich; Grassy Pond Road, Harwich Port; Ostable Road, West Harwich; Bayport Road, West Harwich; and to act fully thereon.
