The Committee appointed to take the care and direction of the manner of improving leasing mannageing The Estate devised to the Jonen by The Han Aaron Wood Esgning for and towards the support of a grammer School ( Iste leave to report, that the Principal as stated in previous reports, amounting to 2061-25 is now held and secured in the same manner as described in a report of The 11th of May 1807 reference thereanto kring had, excepting the bond Therein mentioned from Jeremiah Lan for the sum of 628'50. The same som being now here by a Board whenin Solomon Law is principal with Enoch kimball and Moody Pinball Sureties. Resolved that as Citizens of a force Government reconsider it to be our duty, and that we will support all Constitutional Laws and authorities of the panted States and of this Commonwealth and being orderly assembled according to the provision of the Consti trution, to consult on the common good of our country are constr. airved to say that when the United States were in a state of nutrality and peace with all Nations for a series of years Inder the rate and present administration, under fearful apprehen sions we have seen the Government of the united States proceeding in a cours of measures of aversion and invitation with one powerful Nation, and of complaisance withand submission to another powerful nation. In the prosecution ofsuch measures wecon. siden the Government to have lost weight of on to have disregard. The best interests of the people, who by The late acts of the government are now become exposed to all the horrors of war, and a numerous train of events which will follow from a continued War with the Power of Great Britain, and must resultin the greatest of all evils an atfrance with and subjugation to the Emperor of finance,

Resolved, that we highly approve of the address of the house of Representatives to the people of Massachusetts, clearly pointing out to them their danger, the causes of their sufferings, and their reming. Thesched, that in this deplanable situation of our public concerns , we will endeavor to cultivate a spirit of amity among ourselves, and being of opinion that a unity of sentiment expressed by Jowns and Countyes is become necessary, this Town will on Their hart appoint a Delegate to meet, deliberate, and advise with the Delegates that are on may be chosen for that propose by the other Jonens. in the Pannty of Essex.
