The Auditors take this opportunity to express their entire satisfaction with the management of the Almshouse. We consider the Town fortunate in being able to retain the pres- ent worthy Warden and Matron. The true spirit of econ- omy in which they have ever conducted the affairs of the house and farm, is never suffered to detract from that kind- ness of manner and sympathetic spirit in which the aid of the Town should ever be extended to the unfortunate class placed in their charge. The hospitalities of the Town are greatly enhanced by the medium through which they are extended.
