General Laws, together with such sums as they may be allotted by the State and County.
Article 30. The Easterly line of said Waverly Road commences at a point of intersection with the northerly line of said Ridge Road, said point being S. 85 degrees-28-10" W., a distance of 255.00 feet from the Westerly line of Main Street measured along the said northerly line of Ridge Road :

The Easterly line of said Laneton Way commences on the Northerly sideline of said Longview Road on the arc of a curve of four hundred and twenty-five and 44/100 (425.44) feet radius, and said point is S. 40 degrees-51'-35" West., a distance of fifty-nine and 95/100 (59.95) feet, measured along the chord of said arc, from a point of compound curva- ture marking the westerly terminus of a curve of said Longview Road of three hundred and forty-four and 66/100 (344.66) feet radius;

Putnam, it was voted that the Board of Public Works be and they hereby are authorized and em- powered to petition the General Court for enabling legislation by amendment of Chapter 314 of the Acts of 1909 or otherwise, conferring power and authority upon the said Board of Public Works to establish suitable regulations requiring all owners of buildings located upon land abutting a public or private way in which there is a common sewer to connect with such common sewer.
Article 35. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board

of Public Works to collect, remove and dispose of ashes and rubbish in the Town under such rules and regulations as the Board of Public Works may from time to time establish and to see what sum the Town will raise and appropriate for such purpose, or what it will do in rela- tion thereto.

Article 36. To see if the Town will vote to accept the report of the Board of Public Works on relocating, or alterating of the corner of Kingston St. and Mt. Vernon St., said corner being relocated or altered in accordance with plan duly approved by the Board of Public Works and filed in the office of the Town Clerk in accordance with the statu- tory requirements, and to see if the Town will accept the relocation, or alteration of the corner of Kingston St., and Mt. Vernon St., as shown on said plan, or what it will do in relation thereto.

The Board of Public Works of the Town of Reading, having de- termined and adjudged that common convenience and necessity require that the public highways be laid out, relocated or altered as and in the location hereinafter described, having complied with all requirements of law relating to notice to owners of land thereof, and of a hearing thereon, and having met at the time and place appointed for such hear- ing, and then and there heard all persons present who desired to be heard, have laid out, relocated or altered as public highways for the use of the Town, the corner of Mount Vernon Street and Kingston Street.
The boundaries and measurements of said public highways as so laid out, relocated or altered are as follows :
Beginning at a point on the Northerly side line of Mt. Vernon Street, said point being N. 82 degrees-31'-30" E., a distance of 31.75 feet from a spike set at an angle in said street and by land of Clara M. Hodson ;
From thence the area to be taken runs Northeasterly by a curved line on a radius of 30.00 feet; a length of 45.09 feet through land of the said Clara M. Hodson to a point of tangent on the westerly side line of said Kingston Street ;
