The Company carries the service pipe to the street line from the main pipe; beyond that the pipe and fixtures are at the expense of the consumer. The price of gas is at the rate of $2.50 per 1000 cubic feet; a discount of 25 cents per thousand feet if paid before the 20th of the month.
