SCHOOL SESSIONS


The Senior High school from 8 to 1.45 and the North and South Junior High Schools from 8.20 to 12 and from 1.30 to 3.10. In grades one to three, inclusive, the morning session is from 9 to 11.45 A.M. In grades four, five and six it is from 9 A.M. to 12 M., for kindergarten, session is from 9 to 11.30 A.M. The afternoon session is from 1.30 to 3.30 for all grades, except the kindergarten, which has no afternoon session

Vacations during the school year shall be as follows: From noon of the day before Christmas to the day after the New Year holiday, unless the holidays fall upon Tuesday or Thurs- day, when the session of the Monday preceding or of the Fri- day following (as the case may be) shall be omitted; the weeks in which occur the 24th of February and the 3d of May


There shall be no session of school on Saturdays, legal holi- days, the afternoon before and the day following Thanks- giving, or the days following graduation in the last week of the year; these final days to be devoted to such closing work as teachers may do in the absence of pupils


STORM SIGNALS


When the storm signal 22-22-22 sounds at 7.15 A.M. it means no school for the forenoon. There will be a session in the afternoon unless the signal sounds at 12.35. When the storm signal sounds at 6.15 P.M. it means no session of the evening school
