LINCOLN, MASS.
In Middlesex County, seventeen miles west of Boston and seven miles west of Waltham, on the Fitchburg Division of the Boston and Maine R. R. Fare from Boston is 37 cents; twelve rides $3.00; 100 rides, $24.00.
Baker Bridge is a flag station one mile west Fare 37 cents; twelve rides, $3.20; 100 rides, $25.50

Lincoln was incorporated as a precinct in 1746, as a town in 1754. Area 14.8 square miles. It is bounded by Concord and Bedford on the north, Lexington and Waltham on the east, Weston and Wayland on the south, and Concord on the west.
