It Begins at the: side of Richard Dodg his last grant : of 40 akers: & bears 160 poall: in breadth & Runns, from the heither end to a litle: slipe: of midow: which is 400 : poall in Length: wch Conteineth 400: Akers from it Runes 160: poalls: up towards Mr Blackleech his farme: butt: from: the slipe: of midowe aforsaid it is inlarged to be 200: poalls the sids are bounded one side to the ould planters midows the other by Ipswich bounds -acording as the trees :
