EXTRACT FROM THE REGULATIONS.
RULE III -No member shall retain any book, or set, designated as " New " longer than one week, nor shall such book, or set, be renewed. Any other book, or set, may be retained two weeks, with the privilege of renewal. No book shall be reserved by the Librarian for any member.
RULE IV -Any member who shall retain a book, or set, longer than the time above limited, shall forfeit two cents for every day a volume is so detained, which the Libra- rian shall have power to collect.
· · RULE V .- Extra books, or sets, not designated as "New," may be issued to members for a period not exceeding one month, upon payment of ten cents for first seven days for each hook, or set, and two cents per day for each day thereafter.
