Acts as agent or attorney for buying, holding, leasing, and selling real estate. Acts as Trustee, Guardian, Executor, Administrator, Assignee, Receiver, Attor- ney, Etc. Legal trustee under mortgages for railroad and other corporations. Re- ceives and executes Trusts of every description under the appointment of Courts, Corporations and Individuals.
