TERMS OF COURT-The Judges of the Circuit Courts have the power to change the days for the commencement of the terms of Courts, etc, under the following provisions of the Constitution: Art 4 Section 24:
"The Judges shall hold not less than two terms of the Circuit Court in each of the counties composing their respective circuits, at such times as are now or may hereafter be prescribed, to which jurors shall be summoned.
