To son William, tract of land where Geo. Horner now lives.


" son Thomas and hrs., plant. formerly owned by bro. Geo. at mount of Great Branch (for desc. see will).


" cousin William Bosman and male hrs., tract of land on n. side of Goose Creek (for descrip. see will). In default of such hrs., to cousin George Bosman.


" 2 daus., Ann and Bridget, as much land as either of them shall have occasion to use; if either should marry, the other to enjoy sd. privileges alone, until she marry. Also property back of son John's land, and personalty.


" wife Blandina, extx., dwell. plan., beginning at mouth of branch which divides land of son George from sd. plant., and along river to branch wh. divides it from land of son John (for desc. see will); at her death to pass to son Risden and male issue, failing which, to pass to male issue of following, in order given: dau. Ann, dau. Bridgett and son Wm.

son William and hrs., tract bou. of Col. Casparus Aug. Herman. Shd. son William die without issue, sd. land to pass to 2nd son Jan.


" son Jan and hrs., tract bou. of Ephraim Augustine Her- man (son of Casparus Aug. Herman, afsd.) and containing 100 A. Shd. son Jan die without issue, his portion to be equally enjoyed by 3 daus., Mary, Margaret and Cath- arine and their hrs. Also, shd. both sons, William and Jan die without issue, their land to be equally divided among the daus. afsd.


eldest dau., Susannah Linton, personalty under certain conditions, she having had a portion.


Exs .: Wife Mary, assisted by eldest son William, when he arrives at age of 21.
