Warrant for Town Meeting.
To JOHN F. WILLIAMS, a Constable in the Town of Falmouth,
GREETING :-
In the name of the State of Maine, you are hereby requir- ed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the said Town of Falmouth, qualified to vote in town affairs, to meet at the town house in said town, on the third day of March, 1913, at nine o'clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following articles, to wit :-
First. To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting.
Second. To choose a Clerk for the ensuing year.
Third. To hear and act upon the reports of the Select- men, Overseers of the Poor, Assessors, Treasurer, and Sup- erintendent of Schools.
Fourth. To choose all other necessary Town Officers for the ensuing year.
Fifth. To see if the town will grant and raise such sums of money as may be necessary for the maintenance and sup- port of schools, and the poor, and the repairs of roads and bridges, and defray all other necessary town charges for the ensuing year.
Sixth. To see what action the town will take in regard to the pay of town officers.
Seventh. To see if the town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer, on a written order from the Selectmen, to hire on the credit of the town, such sums of money, as in their opinion may be necessary, to meet the liabilities and current expenses of the town or act anything relative thereto.

Eighth. To see if the town will vote yes, or no upon the adoption of the provisions of chapter 112 of the Public Laws of Maine for the year 1907, as amended by chapter 69 of the Public Laws of 1909, relating to the appropriation of money necessary to entitle the town to State aid for high- ways for the year 1913.
Ninth. To see if the town will raise and appropriate, in addition to the amounts regularly raised and appropriated for the care of highways and bridges, the sum of $500.00, being an amount which the town is allowed to raise under the provisions of chapter 112 of the Public Laws of Maine for the year 1907, as amended by chapter 69 Public Laws of 1909.
Tenth. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.) to be expended during the present year in the improvement of the road and walk leading from the Foreside road, so called, to Town Landing.
Eleventh. To see if the town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to sell the timber and wood on the town farm lot.
Twelfth. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.) to widen the cut in ledge on road leading from Woodville to Colley's Corner.
Thirteenth. To hear and act upon the report of the com- mittee appointed at the last annual town meeting to select a gravel pit for the upper part of the town.
Fourteenth. To see if the town will vote to rescind all or any of the votes heretofore passed relating to the re-building or repairing of the old bridge at Presumpscot Falls, or the building of a new bridge at that place.
Fifteenth. To see if the town will vote to repair the old bridge at Presumpscot Falls, or build a new bridge at that place, and raise money for the same, or take any other action relative to said bridges.
Sixteenth. To see if the town will vote to straighten that part of the road leading past D. W. Lunt's house, begin-

ning at a point half way up the hill and extending to the top of said hill near the residence of R. W. Lunt, and raise money for the same.
Seventeenth. To see if the town will vote to lower the grade of the hill near Pleasant Hill schoolhouse, and raise money for the same.
Eighteenth. To see if the town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.) to im- prove Mill Creek hill.
Nineteenth. To see if the town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to define and locate the limits of that part of the Waite's Landing road from near the cottage formerly owned and occupied by Irvin Johnson to the shore, or act anything relative thereto.
Twentieth. To see what action the town will take in re- gard to putting up road signs, and raise money for the same.
Twenty-first. To see what action the town will take to widen the road near the old Lambert bridge, and raise money for the same, and appoint a committee of three to see to it.
Twenty-second. To see if the town will vote to rebuild the bridge near residence of D. W. Lunt, and raise money for the same.
Twenty. third. To see if the town will vote to accept the list of Jurors as revised and prepared by the board of town officers.
The Selectmen give notice that they will be in session for the purpose of correcting the list of voters in said town, and hearing and deciding upon the application of persons claim- ing to have their names entered upon said list, at the town office, at eight o'clock in the forenoon on the day of said meeting.
