The village schools have the following holidays:
Fast Day, Memorial Day, one day for Sagadahoc County Fair, two days at Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, Washing- ton's Birth Day.
The rural schools have such legal holidays as come during their terms, and one day for the Sagadahoc Fair.
Storm Signals.
The ringing of the town bell at 8.15 A. M. means no school in the forenoon. It will ring at 12.45 P. M. for no afternoon session. This signal does not apply to the High School.
