1 : The sª ffrancis Backhouse doth hereby giue and grant free liberty to his kinsman John Hill aforesd to Joyn with him in Equall Partnership, & Charges to be Eqully disbursed between them for the building of a good Sufficient Saw Mill in Said Backhouse his Crick which runeth down by his house.
