Seventh Ward-All that portion of the city lying west of the center line of Genesee avenue, east of the center of Saginaw river, and between the cen- ter lines of Janes avenue and Hoyt avenue extended to the center line of Saginaw river, shall constitute the Seventh ward.
Eighth Ward-All that part of the city east of the center line of Saginaw river, south of the center line of Hoyt avenue, west of the center line of Sheridan avenue and north of the line drawn by commencing at the center of the Pere Marquette belt line track, where the same crosses Sheridan avenue, and running thence west and southwesterly along . the center of said belt line track to the intersection of the line with the cen- ter line of Washington avenue; thence northerly on Washington ave- nue to the center line of Court street; thence westerly on Court street to the center of Saginaw river, shall constitute the Eighth ward.
Ninth Ward-All that part of the city lying east of the center line of Sher- idan avenue, south of the center line of Hoyt avenue, and west of a line commencing at the center of Hoyt avenue at the intersection of Emily
street; thence following the center line of said Emily street southerly to the center of the Main track of the Michigan Central Railroad; thence west on said railroad line to the in- tersection of the center line of Bag- ley street extended; thence south on the center line of Bag, to the center line of Holland avenue; thence east on the center line of Holland avenue to the intersection of the quarter line of section thirty; thence south on said quarter line to the city line, shall constitute the Ninth ward.
Tenth Ward-All that part of the city lying east of the Seventh ward and Ninth ward, and south of the Sixth ward, shall constitute the Tenth Ward.
Eleventh Ward-All that part of the city lying east of the center of Sag- inaw river, south of the Eighth ward, west of the center line of Sheridan avenue, and north of the center line of Gallagher street and the center line of Center street extended to the middle of the Saginaw river, and east of a line drawn on Mackinaw street and Washington avenue, between the intersection of Center and Gallagher streets, shall constitute the Eleventh ward.
Twelfth Ward-All that part of the city lying east of the center line of Sag- įnaw river and south of the Eleventh ward, shall constitute the Twelfth ward.
Thirteenth Ward-All that part of the city lying west of the center line of the Saginaw river, north of the center line of State street west of the Pere Marquette Railroad track between the eastern terminus of State street and Davenport avenue, north of Davenport avenue, between said Pere Marquette Railroad track and the center of Saginaw river, shall constitute the Thirteenth ward.
Fourteenth Ward-All that portion of the city lying north and west of the center line of Saginaw river, south of the Thirteenth ward, east of the center line of Madison street, north of the center line of Houghton ave- nue extended westerly to Madison street, and north and east of the center line of Brewster street extend- ed to the center line of Saginaw Riv- er, shall constitute the Fourteenth ward.
Fifteenth Ward-All that part of the city lying north and west of the Sag- inaw river, east of the center line of Woodbridge street and between the center lines of Brewster and Madi- son streets extended to the center of Saginaw river, shall constitute the Fifteenth ward.
Sixteenth Ward-All that part of the city lying north and west of Sagi- naw river, east of the center line of Woodbridge street, and between the center lines of Madison and Adams streets extended to the center of the Saginaw river, shall constitute the Sixteenth ward.

Nineteenth Ward-All that part of the city lying south of the Eighteenth ward and west of the center line of Saginaw river, shall constitute the Nineteenth ward.
Twentieth Ward-All that part of the city lying north of the center line of Brockway street, west of the center
line of Woodbridge street, south and west of the center line of Brewster street, south of the center line of Houghton avenue extended westerly to Madison street, west of the cen- ter line of Madison street, and south of the center line of State street, shall constitute the Twentieth ward.
Twenty-first Ward-Beginning at the southwest corner of section thirty- one in Township twelve, north of Range five East, in said County of Saginaw, thence North along the west line of section thirty-one to the north- west corner thereof, thence east on the north line of said section thirty- one to the northeast corner thereof, thence north along the east line of sections thirty, nineteen, eighteen and seven, in said last named Township to the center of the Saginaw river, thence northerly along the center of said Saginaw river to a point where the north line of section eight in said Township intersects the center of said Saginaw river, thence east along the north line of said section eight to the north quarter post of said section eight, thence south along the north and south quarter line of sections eight, seventeen, twenty, twenty-nine and thirty-two in said township, to the center post of said section Thirty-two, thence west along the east and west quarter line of said sections thirty-two and thirty-one to the center post of said section thirty- one, thence south along the north and south quarter line of said sec- tion thirty-one to the south quarter post of said section thirty-one, thence west along the south line of said section thirty-one to the southwest corner of said section thirty-one be- ing the place of beginning.
