The Fortieth Year
anniversary exercises will be held in connection with Com- mencement week, June Ist to 6th. The Baccalaureate and Anni- versary sermon will be preached by the Rev. James E. Mc- Connell of Providence, R. I., formerly pastor of the Northfield Congregational Church.
Laird Science Hall
will be ready for dedication during Commencement week. The exercises will form part of the anniversary proceedings.
A Football Coach
has been secured for the past three years through the generous subscriptions of Alumni and the cooperation of the Trustees. Mr. J. Arthur Baird, who is held in the highest esteem by both faculty and students, and who has exerted a wholesome influ- ence in athletics, has turned out a championship team during two of the three years (1903, 1905). Will the Alumni rally to secure Mr. Baird's return?
