STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
( L.S. ) To the inhabitants of the Town of Cornish qualified to vote in town affairs. You are hereby notified to meet in the Town House, on the second Tuesday, being the ninth day of March, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, to act on the follow- ing subjects :
1. To choose all necessary Town Officers for the en- suing year.
2. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year.
3. To see what sums of money the town will raise for repair of highways and bridges in addition to that required by law.
4. To see if the town will vote to dispense with the services of a liquor agent for the ensuing year.
5. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Select- men not to deliver the blank invoice bills until the time of taking inventory.
6. To see what sum of money the Town will raise for Memorial Day.
7. To see what sum of money the Town will raise for the repair of cemeteries.
8. To see what action the Town will take in regard to making up any deficiency in the interest of the William Mercer fund, and to raise money there- for.
9. To see if the Town will instruct the Selectmen to apply for State aid on highways.
10. To see if the Town will raise the necessary amount for the maintenance of the State road.
11. To see if the Town will vote to accept a legacy of ($150.00) one hundred and fifty dollars from the estate of the late George Ayers.
12. To see what sum of money the Town will raise to widen the road, or a part, near the residence of Cyrus Barton.
13. To see what sum of money the Town will raise to widen the road, or part near School House in Di- vision No. 13.
14. To see if the Town will vote to discontinue the bridge known as Dingleton Bridge.
15. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Select- men to sell the Dingleton Bridge.
16. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Select- men to sell the tool shed at the City.
17. To see what sum of money the Town will raise or appropriate to pay Rev. F. J. Franklyn for ser- vices and expenses in collecting data for the his- tory of the men of Cornish, who served in the World War.
18. To hear the reports of the officers, agents, auditors and committees heretofore chosen and pass any vote in relation thereto.
19. To transact any other business that may legally come before this meeting.
