THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
To the inhabitants of the Town of Richmond in the Coun- ty of Cheshire in said State, qualified to vote in Town Affairs.
You are hereby notified to meet at the Town Hall in said Richmond on Tuesday, the twelfth day of March next, at nine of the clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following subjects.
1. To choose all necessary town officers for the year ensuing.
2. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year, and make appro- priation of the same.
3. To see how much money the town will raise for highways and bridges in addition to the amount required by law.
4. To see if the town will vote to accept of State Aid and appropriate the amount required.
5. To see what sum of money the town will raise for care of cemeteries for the ensuing year.
6. To see what sum of money the town will raise for cutting brush.
7. To see what the town will raise for library in addi- tion to that required by law.
8. To see what the town will raise for Old Home Day.
9. To see if the town will vote to raise the sum of $125 for prevention of the spread of White Pine Blister Rust.
10. To see if the town will vote to allow 5 per cent dis- count on taxes paid on or before July 1, 1918.

11. To see if the town will vote to have all taxes not paid by Jan. 31 of each year listed in the town report.
12. To see if the town will authorize the selectmen and treasurer to borrow money for the use of the town.
13. To see if the town will vote to discontinue the road leading from the Sprague road, so called, to Idella Amidon's barway.
14. To see if the town will discontinue the road known as the Activity road, leading to Troy from Fred Blodgett's place to the Troy line.
15. To see if the town will vote to discontinue the road leading from C. P. Bugbee's shack to the Swanzey line.
16. To see if the town will vote to discontinue the road leading from Amidon's mill over Parker Hill, so called, to the Warwick line.
17. To see if the town will vote to discontinue the road leading from Hiram Sprague's Est. to near the Carter place, so called, on the Royalston road.
18. To see if the town will vote to buy one dozen more fire extinguishers.
19. To take action on any other matter that may legally come before the meeting.
