To the inhabitants of the town of Walpole, qualified to vote in town affairs :
You are hereby notified to meet at the town house, in said town of Walpole, on Tuesday, the thirteenth day of March, A. D. 1906, at nine o'clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following subjects :
ARTICLE 1-To choose a town clerk for the ensuing year.
ART. 2-To choose selectmen, auditors, and all other necessary officers for the ensuing year.
ART. 3-To raise money for the support of schools for the en- suing year and to direct its apportionment.
ART. 4-To raise money for the purchase of school books and school supplies for the ensuing year.
ART. 5-To raise money for the support of the poor, town library, cemeteries, to build and repair highways and bridges, and for such other current and incidental expenses as may accrue.
ART. 6-To see if the town will vote to raise the license fees for licenses of the second, third and fourth classes for the sale of intoxicating liquor in said town under the provisions of Chapter 95 of the New Hampshire Session Laws of 1903, entitled "An act to regulate the traffic in intoxicating liquor," and the acts in amend- ment thereof, and to fix said license fees as follows, to wit: For licenses of the second class, six hundred dollars ; for licenses of the third class, six hundred dollars; for licenses of the fourth class, three hundred dollars.
ART. 7-To see if the town will vote to raise the license fees for · licenses of the second, third and fourth classes for the sale of in-

toxicating liquor in said town under the provisions of Chapter 95 of the New Hampshire Session Laws of 1903, entitled " An act to regulate the traffic in intoxicating liquor," and the acts in amend- ment thereof, and to fix said license fees.
ART. 8-To see if the town will authorize and instruct the selectmen to act in conjunction with the selectmen of Rockingham, Vermont, in taking such means and adopting such measures as may be deemed necessary to protect the iron bridge over the Con- necticut river, connecting the towns of Rockingham and Walpole, from injury by ice and high water, and provide means therefor.
ART. 9-To see if the town will vote to adopt Chapter 93 of the New Hampshire Session Laws of 1905, entitled "An act in relation to political caucuses and conventions," as provided by Section 10 of said act.
ART. 10-To see if the town will vote to build a bank wall on the east side of Church street, in the village of North Walpole, be- ginning at the bank wall at the River street underpass and extend- ing in a northerly direction along said Church street about seventy feet, and provide means therefor.
ART. 11-To see if the town will vote to discontinue such part of the highway extending from the main road from Cold River bridge to Walpole and Drewsville, to the Brewery road, as lies be- tween the house of Charles Tole and said Brewery road.
ART. 12-To act upon any accounts that may be presented.
ART. 13-To transact any other business that may legally come before said meeting.
