This Court taking the same into there serious consideration accounting it there dutie by all due meanes to prvent the like abuses for ye future, doe Order that henceforth Noe Wine Tavern shall either directly or indirectly permit or suffer any #son to have any wine on the Sabbath day neither shall they at any time sell any wine for more then 18d a quart on penaltie of for- fiture of ye Licensess & 58 a pint for selling any on the sabath day or on either Evenings of ye Sabath excepting only to ffishermen yt Lodg at there houses on ye Satterday night halfe a pint a man or to sick Øsons & that noe ordinary or house of Com'on entertainment shall sell any Strong Liquor on any pretence what soever :
