Item I Give & Bequeath unto my Grandson James Gale, son of my forementioned Daughter Abigail a piece of salt marsh Containing Three acres it being that piece of salt marsh which I had of Daniel Merril; of Salisbury & is scituate in the Parish of Hampton Falls; and my will is that my sd Daughter & her Husband shall have the use & Improvement of the sd marsh till the sd James shall arrive to the age of Twenty one years; and then the sd James to take the possession thereof & Enjoy the same forever -


Item I Give to my Son in Law Simon Noyes the Sum of five shillings Sterling and to his Daughter Molly - the sd sum of five shillings like money and to his Daughter Sarah the sd sum of five shillings like money, all to be paid within Two years after my decease -
