By arrangement with the Postal Tele- graph Cable Company and the Western Union Telegraph Company, telegraph charges for message filed by telephone will be billed by the Telephone Company on telephone bills as rendered, or collected at public telephone stations, in the usual manner.


Patrons calling telegraph companies for any other purpose than for sending a telegram or, cablegram should call or dial the listed number for fe department desired.

Calls from any telephone in New York City may be made to any Department of the Telephone Company in the City and the Suburban area without charge. This area is indicated by a map on Page 11.

Attachments


The Company's tariff provides chat no apparatus or appliance not furnished by the Company shall be attached to or used is 'connection with its facilities. Tele- plone instruments are designed to pro- duice the best results. Many of the un- authorized devices offered for sale. ¿which are claimed to improve the service, get the telephone lines and instruments out of order and, to protect its service, the Company will be compelled to re- move any such device.".
