PRIVILEGES OF UNIFORMED CORPS AND OFFICERS.

Connected with this Institution is a Youths' Free Library, open to all minors, from which books are given out on Thursday afternoon to girls, and on Monday and Saturday evenings to boys.
A course of Free Lectures are delivered on Monday evenings to the readers during the winter, and premiums awarded to the most merito- rious, on Washington's birth day. Lectures and Concerts, to mem- bers and their families, every Thursday evening during the winter .-- Natural History and Horticultural Society (open to all, and free of charge) every Thursday evening. Drawing and French classes for Ladies and Gentlemen every Tuesday and Friday evenings, Annual Exhibition of Paintings and Flowers, in October.
