DANIEL AYRES, M. D.

AGENTS in all the Principal Cities and Towns in the United States.

A NEW FEATURE IN

LIFE INSURANCE.

ALL PARTICIPATING POLICIES NON-FORFEITABLE.

The Directors of this successful institution have adopted this new and the most popular feature yet introduced by any Life Insurance Company, which is, in making their Policies and Premiums non-forfeitable. That is, when the assured has paid three or more annual premiums in cash, and cannot continue to pay the Annual Premium, then, upon surrender of the original Policy, with- in thirty days after default in the payment of Premiums, the Company will issue a paid up Policy for the whole amount paid, less the Divi- dends, without any further payments; provided the assured, at issue of the original Policy, did not exceed fifty years of age.

By this liberal feature, any one insuring in this Company need lose nothing on account of inability, or from other causes, to pay future premiums.

The Directors deem this just and equitable; and will not take advantage of the mis- fortunes of their Policy holders. This new feature does away with the greatest objection against the taking of a Life Policy.

It is commonly alleged by Agents of older Companies, that new ones are not as safe, as the older, with Assets amounting to Millions. To prove how groundless are these assertions, the following Table will show the

COMPARISON OF VARIOUS

LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES,

ACCORDING TO THEIR PROPORTIONS OF

ASSETS TO LIABILITIES.

This Company has Declared an Average Divi- dend of over Forty per Cent. in Cash, being a Larger One than any other has done for the period it has been in operation, and declares and PAYS them Annually in Cash.

A MAN IN DEBT, with an incumbrance upon his property, should insure for the full amount of it, to provide his family, in case of his decease, a ready means to meet all payments, and to secure to themselves a home.

HAVE you made provision for your wife and children should you die?

You may die to-morrow, life is uncertain; do not leave un- til to-morrow what should be done to-day.

LIFE INSURANCE has saved thousands from ruin, and families from poverty and suffering.

A POLICY OF LIFE INSURANCE is the best and safest provi- sion a man can make får his family .- BENJ. FRANKLIN.

CAN it be that any father or husband is unwilling to make a little sacrifice of daily comforts, to protect those most near and dear to him from suffering and want after his death ?

A LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY accomplishes more than a Savings Bank. Money in a Savings Bank is exposed to the demands of creditors; while an Assurance Policy is not liable for a man's debts, being held, by a law of the State, as a fund for the benefit of his family.

WHY YOU SHOULD ASSURE EARLY .- A man at 43 years of age pays as much per year for a Policy of $9,000, as one at 20 pays for a Policy of $4,000.

AGAIN .- If in health, you will pass a medical examination and be accepted, which you have no guarantee you will be able to do hereafter.

BY A LIFE POLICY an affectionate son provides for the sup- port and comfort of aged parents, who have watched over and nourished him up to manhood, should he die before them,
