U. S. NAVAL HOSPITALS.


I. Enter all deaths and burials occurring on and after Janu - ary 1, 1897, whether of Officers, Enlisted men, Supernu- meraries, or Civilians.


II. It is the intention of the Bureau that deaths at Hospital in which burial is made elsewhere, and deaths elsewhere in which burial is made at Hospital, shall be so entered as to make this record entire and complete in every re- spect, as indicated by the form.
