His son, Samuel, was Sheriff of Susquehanna County in 1818.


His son, Hubbell had a small store in Herrick about 1820, near father's residence. Re- moved to Michigan, died Ann Arbor ae. 72. 1818 Asahel and Hubbell Gregory opened tavern.
