The Board of Controllers organize the first Monday in July. at 10 o'clock, A. st., in the room of the Board of Controllers.

He shall reside in the Ward, as a removal causes a vacancy, which is filled by the Board till the next, succeeding election-except that vacancies are filled for the full term by the Directors of the 22d, 23d and 24th Wards.
