Third and fourth class matter cannot be forwarded without ad- ditional payment
Caution to Correspondents
Write all addresses plainly. Write name of state in full. For small offices give name of county. Give correct name and number of street for carrier delivery of- fices. Register all valuable letters. All letters should contain addresses of writer outside. Do not open letters wrongly de- livered to you. Wrap and tie the pack- ages securely. Third and fourth class matter will be detained unless fully pre- paid. Add business occupation to address of letters which may not otherwise be de- livered to the right person. Provide re- ception boxes for mail when practicable. Don't delay carriers needlessly. Com- plaints should be made to the postmaster promptly. Blanks will be furnished for statement of particulars in case of loss. Envelopes of delayed letters should ac- company complaints
