THE TURBINE WINDMILL
Patented March 16th, 1875, by A. H. SOUTHWICK, who is now furnishing superior Mills at reduced prices, warranted for five years.
Save your money and buy your Real Estate from KELLY & CO., 414 Seventh Street, Oakland.
There has never come before the people of California, an invention that so completely satisfied every one, as does the TURBINE WINDMILL.
This mill is the favorite with all classes. It is admired by all, and should the price be reduced to the same figure as other mills, every one would have one. Even now, there are hundreds who order the TURBINE (who would not have any other) on account of their beauty and many advantages over other mills.
And then the price is not so great, when you take into consideration the fact that the TURBINE is warranted for five years, and it will cost you nothing for repairs during that time.
I have been told by windmill men that they "made more money in repair- ing than in building mills." In that respect they have the advantage of me. I have never made a dollar on repairing my mills yet, neither do I expect to, for I will repair for nothing, if they need it within five years.
