Sixth Ward The Sixth ward shall be composed of all that portion of ter- ritory lying east of the east boundary lines of the Fourth and Fifth wards and west of the following line: Be- ginning in the center of section twen- ty-three (23)! on the south line of said line of said city, range twenty-four (24); thence north through the center of sections twenty-three (23), fourteen (14) and eleven (11)' to the Des Moines river; thence up the middle of the said river to a point opposite and south of the southern terminus of e Sixteenth ; thence north on Sixteenth to Walker} thence northeasterly on Walker and Easton boul to the' east line of section thirty-six (36), in range {wenty-four (24), and of sections twenty-five (25) and twenty-four (24), to the north line of the city.


Seyenth Ward-The Seventh ward shall comprise all that portion of the city lying east of the east line of the Sixth ward as above fixed.
