Eighth Precinct-The eighth pre- cinct shall include all the territory north of the Des Moines river and the center line of section (35), town- ship (79), range 24, east of said river, west of the center line of sec- tions (35, (26) and (23), township 79, range 24, south of the north corporation line, and east of the cen- ter line of Sixth av.
