United States Court of the South- ern District of Iowa-The United States is divided into nine judicial circuits, in each of which a district court is held for'each district within each circuit.


The state of Iowa is divided into two judicial districts. The courts for the southern district are held in dis- trict court rooms U. S. government building at Des Moines second Tues- day in May and third Tuesday in November. At Council Bluffs, second Tuesday in March and third Tuesday in September. At Keokuk second Tuesday in April and third Tuesday in October. At Creston fourth Tues- day in March and first Tuesday in
