INTRODUCTORY

9177366 L357 1904

E herewith present our first City Directory of Champaign and Urbana. We have spared no time or expense to make it a book worthy of the progressive, up-to-date "Twin Cities."

By the usual methods used by directory pub- lishers this book shows Champaign and Urbana to have a population of 18,653.

The new map of both cities has been drawn by the city engineer of each city for this publica- tion and is correct to date.

We take great pride in our publication which contains many features never before given in a directory of the Twin Cities.

Thanking the public for their patronage and asking a continuance of the same two years hence, we are Very truly,
