In 1900 he graduated from Virginia Normal and Collegiate Institute at Pe. tersburg, Va .. with highest honors and eirning a degree of A. B. The last year in College was spent as student teacher. May ISth, 1900, he en .- . tered the general office of the Grand Fountain U.O. of T. R. at Richmond Va, and spentten months under training.


March 16. 190I, he was appointed Chief and Secretary of the St. Louis Division, remaining there two year- and six months adding 3I new Foun tains and Rosebuds and 2206 new members In October 1903 he was trans- fered to the Northwest with headquarters at Chicago and has since ad- ded 31 new Fountains and Rosebads with 5006 new members.


He is President of the Alumni ass'n of V. N. and I. I. at Peter burg, Va., teacher in Bethel sunday school, active member of Quinn Chape). He is also a student at the Illinois Law School.
