Young was appointed to the chair, and John Nevin was appointed Sec. After a portion of scripture ;as read, by the chairman gro. IcPeck he called for the minutes od the previos mocting, they were read and approved.
By appointment from the chair, Hall and S. Shortridge were arded
a committee to to prepare the business items, which was reported :
carried. Ist, Election of an Eldor, 2nd, Miscelancous business. It was moved and seconded that the report be accepted, Bro. Samuel Shortridge was unanimously elected an Elder of the church, After Item two, Miscelaneous business was disposed of, the meeting was #/ journed subject to call from the officers.
