Young was appointed to the chair, and John Nevin was appointed Sec. After a portion of scripture ;as read, by the chairman gro. IcPeck he called for the minutes od the previos mocting, they were read and approved.

carried. Ist, Election of an Eldor, 2nd, Miscelancous business. It was moved and seconded that the report be accepted, Bro. Samuel Shortridge was unanimously elected an Elder of the church, After Item two, Miscelaneous business was disposed of, the meeting was #/ journed subject to call from the officers.

By consent McPeek was called to & chair, and Nevin Sec. After prayed by the chairman, the minutes of the previous meeting was raed and approved. Cann and Samuel Shortridge and that they shall collect funds for the support of the church for the coming year.

There being an indication of more of the Spirit of Aryyour humanity than Christi- anity, the meeting was converted into a social meeting by prayer and singing, and adjourned subject to call by the officers.
