NOTICE.

When this work was put into the hands of the printer it was intended by the pub- lisher to have it printed from the same type used in the last Directory, but owing to the extraordinarily large increase in the number of names it was found impossible to confine the alphabetization to the num- ber of pages assigned for it in the prospec- tus. The advertising pages immediately following it being already printed, with page numbers that would be duplicated by the pages that would precede them, it be- came necessary to adopt a smaller-sized type, which so condensed the matter that the intervening pages between 547 and 665 are omitted.

Additional names and changes, received too late for classification, will be found fol- lowing the Postoffice Directory.

OUR FLOUR

Contains a larger percentage of gluten than most winter-wheat flour, as proven by chemical analysis. The larger the percentage of gluten, the more bread can be made from a given quantity of flour.

The Following is One of Numerous Testimonials:

W. A. Thomas, of Alyth, Scotland, gives Topeka flour quite a puff in an American milling paper. After saying they have bet- ter wheat and greater skill in making flour in Hungary than anywhere else, he adds : "The nearest flour to Hungarian I have seen from the United States is this season's A. A. A., from Crosby Mill Company, To- peka, Kan."
