PATENT

SUPER-PHOSPHATE OF LIME.

It has become the Standard .Fertilizer in the markets of the United States, having a wider reputation from Maine to Lou- isiana, than any other. concen- trated manure. Since its first introduction it has grown rap- "idly in favor with the agricul- tural community, and where once introduced, has never failed to hold the first position among Fertilizers, combining, as it does, the quick action of Peruvian Guano and the last- ing properties of bone.

NEW YORK STATE Drain Tile Works,

ON THIRD AVENUE,

Intersecting with the lower end of South Pearl Street;

OFFICE, NO. 94 GRAND STREET, ALBANY, N. Y.

GEORGE JACKSON, Proprietor. -

SOLE TILE.

Owing to the steady increasing demand for my DRAIN TILE of late years, I find it necessary to move to ground I purchased some years ago, with the impression, whenever my business increased so as to require more room and facilities for manu- facturing, the loration would be one of the very best. Its convenience for shipping, and the existence of the material required for the manufacturing, is most excellent. This, together with heavy STEAM POWER to be used, will enable the subscriber to furnish

ROUND, SOLE AND HORSE SHOE TILE,

Over 13 inches in length, by the cargo, or in the smallest quantity on demand, at prices that he will defy any other parties to undersellhim. All tile delivered on board of cars or boat in this city free of charge. Price List sent on application, and practical drainers furnished if required.

He is now manufacturing, and offers to the public for sale, his improved patent tile, made from an improved machine, invented by him, for which he has received Letters Patent from the Government.

Mr. JACKSON is a practical Tile Maker, having been in the business 25 years, and his experience enables him to now offer to the public, tile that he can guarantee superior to anything made, or offered in this country for sale.

The principal qualities of the TILE now made by his machine, are GREATER STRENGTH, the CERTAINTY OF DRYING STRAIGHTER, and TIGHT FITTING JOINTS. The heavy pressure given to each TILE ensures much harder burning, and perfect evenness. The Machine and Tile are on exbibition at his works in this city, and the public are invited to examine them.

The Albany County Fair and Industrial Society, at their last Exhibition, awarded him the FIRST PREMIUM on his Tile.

All persons infringing on his patent will be immediately enjoined and prosecuted.

GEORGE JACKSON.
