Gentlemen :


I herewith submit my annual report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1939, showing in detail the receipts from each source of income, the appropriations and expenditures. I also present a balance sheet showing the Assets and Liabilities at the close of the fiscal year.


The trust funds are listed in detail showing the name of the Savings Bank-Principal-Income earned-Income withdrawn- and the Balance as of December 31, 1939.


There is appended a chart showing the Bonded Indebtedness of the town in detail showing the dates of issue and the maturity dates.


In addition there is appended a detail list of receipts and ex- penditures from the P. W. A. Mass. 1460-F Water Project to- gether with a balance sheet.
