Pursuant to the warrant and the Constable's Return thereon, a Town Election was held at the time and place specified in the Warrant.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 A.M. by the Moderator, Charles P. Howard.
The warrant was partially read by the Town Clerk, when on motion of Arthur L. Harris, it was voted to dispense with the further reading of the warrant except the Constable's Return, which was then read by the Town Clerk.
The ballot boxes were examined by the Constable in charge and each found to be empty, and all registered 000.
The polls were declared open by Charles E. Wilkinson, with the following results.

The meeting was called to order by the Moderator, Charles P. How- ard, at 7:50 P. M.
Town Meeting Members who had just been elected or re-elected were requested to stand and be sworn to office by the Moderator.
The Warrant was partially read by the Town Clerk when on motion of Kenneth C. Latham, it was voted to dispense with the further read- ing of the Warrant except for the Constable's Return, which was then read by the Town Clerk.
Article 2. The following report was read by Harold F. Davis: March 17, 1952
REPORT OF COMMITTEE APPOINTED TO STUDY SUITABLE MEMORIAL TO WORLD WAR II VETERANS, UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE I, Special Town Meeting, September 11, 1950.
Because of continuing unsettled conditions, it is the unanimous recommendation of this committee that no action be taken at the pres- ent time. At the discretion of the Moderator, it is suggested that this committee be continued, with a report to be made at the next Annual Town Meeting to be held in March 1953, as to the advisability of a suitable memorial.
